You are loved by us and are free to make changes to your custom 3D crystal Pokéball, and if we cannot make it perfect, we must make it satisfactory to you, and if you are still not satisfied, so be it.
- Return Time
30 days are provided for you, starting on the date the 3D crystal Pokéball is delivered to you, to request a return, exchange, or refund.

- Process Of Return, Credit, or Refund
A. Not Satisfied or Changed Your Mind
If you are not happy for any reason at all, kindly reach out to us and let us know within 30 days of your Pokéball delivery. A photo or a video of the Pokéball must be provided, and for what reason is it that you are unsatisfied, as we wish to improve. After your request is reviewed, we will:
Give you a store credit for the Pokéball, and you will be allowed to use it for any future purchase, or we will send you a refund and we must receive the Pokéball.

There will be no restocking or administrative fees.
B. Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
If your product comes with a visible defect in the craftsmanship or if the product has been damaged, let us know within 30 days since it was received and send us a photo of the damaged or broken product with the packaging it came in and we will guide you on how to return the product without you having to pay any fees.
We’ll assess the issue and either refund or replacement the affected item.

To qualify for a refund or exchange,
You must return the item in the condition it was received.
You must returned all items in their original forms (crystal, packaging, accessories).
You must return the item using the authorization and return shipping labels we provide.

You must include:
Your order number
Your reasons for returning the product or a description of the issue
Attach any relevant photos or videos.
We strive to respond in a few business days.
- Refund Processing
When we receive and assess your return:
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used, and will take approximately 5-10 days to be completed after you receive a refund approval email.
You will receive an email with details on your account refund or if a credit has been made to your account.
- Exceptions
Because of the custom nature of our products
We reserve the right to not refund items that you personally approved for the customized versions.
You might also be charged for any image revisions needed to your custom order if you provide a custom image after production has started.
